I can’t believe it has been a year since our Alaska Caravan Trip, which was very special, and now we are getting ready for another caravan trip to the Maritimes (Eastern Coast of North America). It is a part of the country that we have not visited before so we are really looking forward to it plus seeing friends and family along the way. Unfortunately, we will be missing some family gatherings, etc. at home but we’ve had this trip booked for almost a year and can’t cancel now. They will be in our thoughts on those special days. We will miss our family but hopefully they will follow along w/the blog and keep in touch.
We tried getting together w/family and friends prior to leaving but we’re still unable to hook up w/everyone – sorry for that. We did take a trip into Chicago this past week and toured the city by boat w/cousins and friends. Of course, we always manage to get together w/our daughter Dawn and her husband, Michael. She is feeling like an orphan since we are gone so much but we love her and will be in touch often. We are planning a trip w/them to Greece upon our return so that will be very special.

Need to finish packing so will close for today. Hopefully, I won’t bore you w/too many pictures and details about our trip. We hope you will keep in touch w/us as well for the next three months.
